I was impressed by Jordan and his canine friend Meech. They determined that we did not have bedbugs (thank goodness) and Jordan told us the most likely culprit were carpet beetles (no fun either but easier to get rid of). We followed all of Jordan’s recommendations to the letter and hired him to do interior and exterior treatments. So far, pests appear to be gone! And we plan to take Jordan’s advice about bimonthly exterior treatments. Jordan seemed to understand the anxiety caused by having pests in your home and he was totally kind and professional.

Even the dog, Raider, was professional and no nonsense, L O L. He quickly pinpointed the furniture that was harboring the pests, and we took appropriate action. Thanks to them, we have not been bitten in weeks. We will follow up with extermination, just to ensure the problem is solved.
