Really good experience! We didn’t have bed bugs, but if we did, the nice and professional demeanor of the technician AND his adorable dog would have really come in handy!

I called because of a bed bug concern and Jordan and his canine were very calm, professional and knowledgeable, which helped as I was very anxious about the situation. Thankfully there were no bugs but Jordan was very helpful and informed me about other pests it could be and put my worries at ease. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this company!

I recently had a BB exposure while traveling Europe and was extremely nervous to bring them home with me. Thankfully I was able to call these pros and they were able to give me the peace of mind I needed that I was BB free! Not only that, but they were flexible, helpful, and efficient. I didn’t have to spend extra time or energy, it was relatively inexpensive as I’ve done the treatment before (from another Incident/different company) and that is very costly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this service and company!
