Quick, kind, professional, compassionate. Plus, they have a dog. A dog with expertise. Trust me, you’ve got to get a canine inspection to be really certain whether or not you have bedbugs. Humans are so fallible.

I recently had a BB exposure while traveling Europe and was extremely nervous to bring them home with me. Thankfully I was able to call these pros and they were able to give me the peace of mind I needed that I was BB free! Not only that, but they were flexible, helpful, and efficient. I didn’t have to spend extra time or energy, it was relatively inexpensive as I’ve done the treatment before (from another Incident/different company) and that is very costly. Even the dog, Raider, was professional and no nonsense, L O L. He quickly pinpointed the furniture that was harboring the pests, and we took appropriate action. Thanks to them, we have not been bitten in weeks. We will follow up with extermination, just to ensure the problem is solved.
