Aurora has been in the industry for many years now and oversees all office operations. She is an expert in customer care, specializing in working with property management companies, universities, commercial and county accounts. Most importantly, Aurora holds her Branch 2 Field Representative License, making her a licensed pest control technician. This means she can help customers identify pests over email or text.
In her spare time, Aurora enjoys traveling and spending time with her daughter, husband, and two labs Spencer and Oliver.
